High Quality Muscovite Rigid Mica Sheet
Compared with general insulating materials, the outstanding advantages of rigid mica boards are:
Excellent high temperature resistance and insulation performance, the breakdown voltage still maintains 15kV/mm under the use environment of temperature 500-1000℃;
Superior mechanical properties, with good flexural strength and hardness;
Stable chemical properties, excellent acid and alkali resistance and aging resistance;
Excellent environmental performance, does not contain toxic and harmful components, and does not produce toxic gases at high temperatures;
Excellent processing performance, can be processed into various shapes without delamination.
Packing: Generally 50kg is a pack, sealed with plastic film, and then packed in carton. When exporting, use fumigation-free trays and pack them according to less than 1000kg per tray, or use iron boxes for protection.
Thickness: 0.1mm, 0.15mm, 0.2mm, 0.25mm, 0.3mm... 5.0mm;
Size: 1000×600mm, 1000×1200mm, 1000×2400mm (can be cut to the required size);
Note: Products with a thickness of less than 2.0mm can be formed by stamping, and those above 2.0mm need to be processed by turning, milling, drilling, etc.
